In the words of President Nancy Hernández López during the opening ceremony: "This initiative represents much more than a training; it is a commitment from States to ensure the respect and protection of human rights in the region."
The event is taking place in Asuncion and will extend throughout the week, aiming to thoroughly and detailedly address the mechanisms and procedures necessary to ensure the enforcement of IACHR judgments in the different countries of the region.
