Additionally, he pointed out the need to regulate this matter to ensure a more transparent operation. In a technical meeting with several key members of the administrative team, the legislator explained: "For next year, we are going to propose the Law of the Legislative Personnel Career, which will likely be approved without opposition, as we are talking about the law of the civil service career of public officials." Furthermore, Senator Núñez emphasized that the Constitution establishes the importance of the separation of powers, and in this sense, it is also necessary to have a law regulating the career of personnel in the Judiciary, as there is currently no such regulation.
